Dr. Ticheal Jones has more than 26 years experience helping schools be more successful.  Ticheal has been a master teacher, Dean, Assistant Principal, Principal, Director of Operations, Executive Director (Superintendent), Director of School Leadership (Area Superintendent) and Vice President of School Performance.

Some of the hallmarks of Dr. Jones tenure include an acute focus on meaningful professional development, implementation of an effective school model, academic and school climate improvements, leadership development, district systems/organization, grant writing, school expansion and new building acquisition.  Dr. Jones models an optimistic outlook and successfully motivates others from vision to successful implementation.

Dr. Jones earned a bachelors degree in Elementary Education, a masters degree in Administration and Supervision, and a Doctorate of Education degree in Educational Leadership.  She has also completed post doctorate work at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business in "positive leadership". She holds a valid administrator K-12 and central office certification. She also holds an additional certification endorsement in district level curriculum & instruction.
